Step-by-step guide to washing your face and exfoliating!

STEP 1: Cleanse your entire face with a gentle cleanser.

Avoid using strongly alkaline cleansers or soap. Amino acid-based and low-foam cleansers are good choices. When washing your face, use circular motions from the bottom to the top on the T-zone and forehead. For the sides of the nose, start from the base of the nostrils and move toward the tip in circular motions. For the cheeks, use large circular motions from the bottom upward.

STEP 2: Prioritize exfoliating the nose area.

Warm the exfoliating cream between your fingertips to make it easier to dissolve the sebum on the nose. Use circular motions on the sides of the nose, and massage the bridge of the nose with your fingertips in an up-and-down motion for 2-3 minutes. Avoid overdoing it.

STEP 3: Massage the chin in circular motions.

The lymph nodes on both sides of the chin need regular circular massages with exfoliating products. Additionally, use your knuckles to press the bones on the sides of your cheeks. This not only helps reduce dullness but also tightens the jawline.

STEP 4: Pay extra attention to cleansing the forehead.

Improper cleansing can lead to clogged pores, so the forehead requires thorough cleaning. When exfoliating, move from the corner of the eye to the forehead and then back to the corner, repeating this motion three times in circular motions. Don’t forget the hairline!

STEP 5: Lightly touch the U-zone.

The U-zone has thinner skin, and over-cleansing can cause redness and sensitivity. Avoid using coarse scrubs or exfoliating creams in this area. Just lightly pass over it during the massage.
